We need more of this mindset. Whenever I'm around someone who is gossiping, this quote always pops into my head: "Great minds talk about ideas. Average minds talk about things. Small minds talk about people." I can't remember who said it, or if that's the exact quote, but it's good advice and has motivated me to walk away from many conversations.
